The application's highly intuitive user interface significantly reduces the learning curve, enabling users to operate complex video conferencing systems with ease.

Users are empowered to initiate calls, manage their video conferencing environments, and moderate meetings seamlessly without requiring extensive training or prior experience. Integration with the conference room calendar allows straightforward meeting entry, while access to a corporate directory simplifies participant management and call dialing. The control and moderation functions are streamlined through the responsive iOS Multi-Touch™ interface, enhancing usability in dynamic conferencing scenarios.

Advanced data collaboration features enable users to view presentations, spreadsheets, and other shared materials transmitted via industry-standard protocols such as H.239, BFCP, and WCS. IMPORTANT NOTE: Collaboration Control version 9 does not support models within the XT1000 Series, including Scopia XT1000, XT1200, XT1000 Piccolo, and Scopia XT Telepresence units based on XT1200 codecs.
